I am all about customer-service - because as a consumer myself I realize first impressions are lasting impressions and how you handle clients from the initial point of contact forward is very important. My goal with each and every client I come into contact with is for them to enjoy the same experience with me as I experienced with my very first real estate sales client or better. When she made the comment "Lynne handled my dishes the way I handle my own dishes," - well the intrinsic value was priceless.
My greatest accomplishment in real estate was becoming a Member of the 2007 HAMPTON ROADS REALTORS ASSOCIATION CIRCLE OF EXCELLENCE. I managed a lot of distressed properties as the listing agent during the year. It was a lot of work but well worth the efforts. It taught me invaluable lessons about bank-owned, corporate-owned, and government owned properties from the full spectrum of the business. Additionally, I have received awards for Top Agent for the Quarter, Top Sales, Top Listing, and Top Closed. As I strive to be the best in my profession I realize it can only be achieved by continually striving to provide my clients service to exceed their expectations.
